It is a pretty quick car even tho it's not the fastest of the models, the GS-R, or the Integra Type-R. I love this car as all Integra owners do. Took me a couple days to get used to driving but it's all good now. The economy gearing sucks balls. I'm tryiing to save up for a new more agressive tranny wich will really help out my car.

I have raced a few cars even tho I shouldn't, but it was all in fun. I win some and I lose some. Suprisingly I can beat V6 auto Camaro's and non-GT Mustangs. My Best kill was against an older beat up camaro that had intake and exhaust. I was stock except for the split exhaust, and I had like 350lbs extra of people in my car. The Camaro guy was alone. From a roll he got a jump but I quickly caught up and passed him. From a stop I burned him, and from higher speed rolls I killed him. Other kills are mostly auto's like altimas and such. Nothing special. A close race was against a CRX Si with intake and exhaust. we each had an extra person. If it wasn't for my two mishsifts I woulda had him. He's a friend of my friends. Raced from stops and rolls. I was the better driver but my stupid tranny sucks and it made me lose. lol. Worst loss was against my friends very modded 5.0 Stang. He gave me a one gear head start and he still left me standing still.

So I got that 8lb flywheel in and holy fuck does my car rip now. If only my gearing didn't suck I would be booking. Still pulls hard in 3rd tho. Well now I have finally got it in my head that Honda's are not drag cars so I'm putting all my car money into the suspension, chassis, wheels and tires. when set up right I'll be able to carve around turns like I'm on rails, yeaaaa!!

My second Car was a 1997 Honda Civic DX Hatchback

Specs:

This was an OK car, had nice amount of room, it was durable and it was free. My dad got this from his company and paid practically nothing for it. It had some good acceleration and a top speed that was ok but took forever to get to with the auto. I raced my friend, ON A CLEAN UNPOPULATED ROAD, who whips his moms '95 Audi 90, It's 5spd and a V6. He had one person and we both had full tanks. Our friend, his 2nd person, was supposed to flash a flashlight to signal the countdown. Apparently he doesn't know anything about warning the other driver cuz when I thought he was on the second flash it was acually the "go" flash, I then heard tires squealing. My friend driving the Audi dumped the clutch a little to fast and got some slip. So by the time I launched he was only a little bit ahead. I was about a half car length behind him the whole way to 80mph.

I basically treated this car like crap. I did neutral drops until my tires smoked like crazy, I did ebrake slides which were very fun in the snow and rain, went off a few curbs where I felt the bottom smack it and over all abused it. Then on x-mas eve all the evidence would be gone. I was taking my brother to a mall that was like 20-30 minutes away. I was on a highway where the speed limit was 50mph, I was in the left lane doing the limit. I took my eyes off the road for a few seconds, look back see an SUV, hit my brakes and BAM, right into his hitch. I got front end damage, air bags deployed which in turn cracked the damn windshield, and frame damage. He left with scratches and a bent hitch. He was the nicest guy tho. I was surprised to see him so calm and nice with things. He told me that the guy in front of him slammed on his brakes and he had to slam his brakes and i didn't react fast enough. A Cop came who told me, and I quote "Shit happens, it's a part of life. Don't worry about it, no one was hurt... I need both drivers licenses and registration. If you two would fill out these report forms and give them back to me." Then my parents came and that was when I was able to relax and take in what just happened. I was so afraid that my Dad would beat me but he only cared that no one was hurt. Luckily someone at the insurance agency screwed up and put collision on the car even tho we asked for it not to be. So someone was watching out for me that night, whoever you are thank you. And to the guy I hit, sorry for the damages and thank you for being so cool with it.

My first car was a 1985 Subaru GL

Specs:

This was my very first car. Cost me $450. The owner told me that the rear shocks were gone, and that there was a clicking noise in the axle but no one could figure out the problem. The Inspection turned up that the clicking was due to a torn CV boot and a worn CV joint, and the shocks NEEDED to be replaced in order to pass. So the car is now worth $700. But since I told the guy that i wasn't planning on keeping this car for very long he let me slide on the axle and a cracked windshield near the stickers, which was fairly hidden when the stickers were put on, and by the mirror.

I drove this car for about a 1.5 months until the dreadful day where I was driving along and the engine suddenly died at 50mph. I tried all sorts of stuff but eventually I called my Dad and he towed it home with his car. We narrowed it down to somewhere in the ignition system. The rotor in the distributor is almost shot, all corroded. My dad noticed that after many attempts to crank the engine over which would not fire and removing and replacing the distubutor cap that the rotor had not moved an inch. So the problem lies between the timing belts and the distributor. Hopefully the gears or shafts aren't blown up and it's just the belts.
